Think of it as a 60-day test ride
We remember life before scooter, and taking the leap into this new type of vehicle. Our starting point was low-cost scooters with poor performance. That experience was so bad, it could have been the end of scooting for the Bo team. We designed the Bo returns policy so that is no longer necessary: you can now go straight in to a high quality ride, risk free.

How does my 60 day test period workAny! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will come and collect it.
Up to 100 miles (160 kilometres)
Yes, keep the cardboard packaging so that in the event you decide to return your Bo, you can package it up securely and not be responsible for any damages during shipping.
We take payment through your preferred method when we dispatch your Bo; in the unlikely event that you decide to return it you’ll be refunded via the original payment method.
Refunds are processed when your returned item arrives back with us and is checked over by one of the team, this generally takes a maximum of 14 days. We request detailed photos prior to collection so that no damage is incorrectly attributed to you.
Normal wear and tear is totally fine - Bo should be used as intended for the 60 days. If there is unusually high damage we reserve the right to deduct a repair fee from the refunded amount.
