Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your Bo M, but if you change your mind you can return it within 14 days of receiving your delivery date.

Eligibility for Return

  • Your Bo M must be in original condition and in original packaging (including charger, toolkit, and any accessories provided at delivery).
  • It should have been ridden no more than 5km (3 miles) during the trial period.
  • If it has been ridden more than this, we may still accept the return, but we will adjust the refund to reflect the reduced resale value.
  • Damage beyond reasonable wear and tear may result in deductions or refusal of the return.

Condition & Packaging

  • The scooter must be free from damage, clean, and returned in its original box with all protective inserts.
  • If you no longer have the original box, we can arrange a replacement at cost — but please note that without secure packaging, damage in transit will be the sender’s responsibility.
  • All returned products are inspected by our technical team before a refund is processed.


Parts & Accessories

  • Parts and accessories purchased directly from Bo are subject to the same 14-day return window as scooters and must be returned as-new, in original packaging, and complete with all components.
  • Returns of parts and accessories must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Bo does not organise shipping for these items.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that returned parts and accessories are shipped securely and arrive without damage or loss. We strongly recommend using a reliable tracked and insured courier service.


Return Costs

Return shipping costs for scooters are charged at actual rates from our logistics and shipping partners:

  • UK: £49
  • EU (excluding Scandinavia): €99
  • Scandinavia: €249
  • United States: $199

Rates may change according to current logistics and shipping partner quotes. If you arrange your own return shipping, you must use a tracked and insured service. If you are returning due to a fault covered by warranty, Bo will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Before delivery: Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect your Bo M (or part/accessory), we’ll confirm the refund amount.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
  • Deductions may apply for:
  • Excess mileage (above 5km / 3 miles) on scooters
  • Missing parts (e.g., charger, toolkit)
  • Damage requiring repair
  • Where applicable, deductions will be itemised and agreed before the refund is processed.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@bo.world within 14 days of your delivery date.
  2. Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
  3. We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the correct return address.
  4. Package your Bo M, part, or accessory securely and arrange shipping — either through our courier service or your own.


Important Notes

  • Returns are available for Bo M1 (£1,299 / €1,399 / $1,990) and Bo M2 (£1,399 / €1,499 / $2,490) purchased directly from Bo.
  • Parts and accessories are included under the same terms.
  • The Bo Turbo has a separate returns policy.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law in your region.
  • All returns must be received by Bo within 30 days of your initial return request.
