Your bo includes a comprehensive 24-month warranty covering any defective components or workmanship, from the date of purchase, to keep you riding. All labour and part costs are included.This warranty does not include any consumable items (tyres,  inner tubes, brake cables, brake pads, grips, Airdeck, paint, grommets).The warranty is not applicable in these circumstances:

• Consumable items as listed above
• Cosmetic damage
• Evidence of damage caused by misuse of the vehicle, intentional damage, incorrect maintenance or a crash
• The vehicle has been modified with non-bo components, or has been repaired by a non-bo qualified technician. This includes using third party tyres, including solid tyres.
• There is no proof of purchase with the warranty 

The warranty is transferable, the original purchaser must email hello@bo.world with details of the transfer and the next owner can use the balance of the warranty.To discuss your warranty with us or to request some help, email your proof of purchase and a description of the issue you are having, with photos or videos if relevant, to hello@bo.world and we will be happy to support you.
