2 Year Warranty

Your Bo includes a comprehensive 24-month warranty covering any defective components or workmanship, from the date of purchase, to keep you riding. All labour and part costs are included. This warranty does not include any consumable items (tyres,  inner tubes, brake cables, brake pads, grips, Airdeck, paint, grommets). The warranty is not applicable in these circumstances:

  • Consumable items as listed above
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Evidence of damage caused by misuse of the vehicle, intentional damage, incorrect maintenance or a crash
  • The vehicle has been modified with non-bo components, or has been repaired by a non-bo qualified technician. This includes using third party tyres, including solid tyres.
  • There is no proof of purchase with the warranty 

The warranty is transferable, the original purchaser must email hello@bo.world with details of the transfer and the next owner can use the balance of the warranty. To discuss your warranty with us or to request some help, email your proof of purchase and a description of the issue you are having, with photos or videos if relevant, to hello@bo.world and we will be happy to support you.

7 Year Chassis Warranty

Your Bo is built to last. That’s why, in addition to the comprehensive 2 year full vehicle warranty, your Monocurve Chassis is covered by a 7 Year Warranty. We are confident to offer this due to our focus on quality engineering, durable materials and rigorous testing programme.

'Monocurve Chassis' comprises the single piece, aluminium frame of the Bo M. This includes the fork. This does not include additional parts that may be attached to the Monocurve Chassis. This warranty covers any issues arising from manufacturing defects or workmanship and is for the original owner only. The owner must take due care of their Bo M, regularly maintaining it as per the manual's guidance. The warranty does not apply to breaks or cracks arising from negligent use of the vehicle, modifications outside the original specification (including the use of solid tyres) or when inappropriate maintenance has been conducted.

Due to the inherent hazards associated with riding on the roads and trails this warranty refers to the replacement of components only, and does not cover any personal injury or damages associated with any malfunction during use. 

We will repair or replace the Monocurve with the closest replacement possible (if, for example in 5 years time, the original model has been discontinued). The same conditions apply as our standard warranty with respect to exclusions and conditions.
