100 Day Trial
How does the 100 day trial on-road trial work?
Where most companies tie you up in knots to try and wiggle out of their return obligations - at Bo we do the opposite. Whether the vehicle has been used does not matter: if you decide Bo isn't quite right for you, then we're more than happy to pick it up and give you a full refund. All you have to do is drop an email to hello@bo.world to start the process: we’ll take care of the rest.
Take the stress out of it
So you don’t have to worry about when you can return your Bo, we have now extended our risk-free trial from 60 to 100 nights.
That’ll be more than enough time to find all of the ways in which you can use a Bo to make life more fun. And if you do decide to use the return policy, we will handle all the return process and make it hassle-free for you.
Your risk-free trial starts on the day you receive your new Bo.
Orders of Bo M2 and M3 are eligible for the 100 day trial, at the moment orders of the M1 are not.
Please - yes. For our couriers to be able to collect the Bo again if you decide to return it the box enables the logistics, as very few companies will collect an unboxed scooter. The box can be flattened and the internals do not have to be kept, however please keep the base, the outer box and the plastic clips which join the base and the top to enable you to re-seal it.

Why did we create the 100 day trial?
Test rides suck. Flog to the dealership, hang around a bit, bad coffee, worse sales-people. None of this brings joy.
Most importantly, it’s hard to really gauge a vehicle from just a lap of the block: that is such a short length of time to get to know a new ride. Vehicles are an investment - it’s not like trying on a T-shirt
After thousands of Bo test rides we knew we had to do something better - especially as Bo is only available directly from the company (the people who designed and built it!)
Enter: the 100-day-on-road trial
This is a typically Bo solution to this issue. You can ride your Bo up to 100 days in the wild and if you don’t love it, ask us to come and take it away again.
That makes experiencing the Bo Life a zero cost experience for you as a rider - and so it’s so much more fun.
A classic test ride 'round the block' is never going to give you the real experience. It's fun, but it's not the Bo magic.
Bo is at its absolute best when it solves a problem in your day.
This morning, for example, I am on a company trip in Brooklyn and don't have my Bo M3 here. That meant there wasn't time to get across to my favourite coffee shop in the world - Tinto’s, (https://www.tintocafenyc.com/) - so I had to go with a bad one near to our Airbnb.
Small thing, but made me appreciate how many little moments of joy the vehicle unlocks for me day to day.
