We’re sure you’ll love your bo, but if you change your mind you can return it within 14 days. When you return your bo to us it should be in the original condition and original packaging, having covered a maximum of 5km. If you have ridden your bo more than this during this time, we may still accept a return and will need to adjust the return value as we can no longer sell the bo in ‘as new’ condition. After we receive the vehicle we’ll check it to ensure there is no damage, then return your total amount within 14 days.
